Van Gogh who? I prefer the one on the right!

Saturday’s ‘Artist CV Boost’ event was a great success! Thank you to all the artists who participated.

Twenty four minute long exhibitions were held with each artist exhibiting next to van Gogh.  Lead artist Ania Bas was very strict with her stop watch and the camaraderie between exhibitors was fantastic. Each exhibition was photographed for prosperity and I hope the artists have listed the event of their CVs already!

Call for artists….

Hi Folks, we have teamed up with Multistory/Longhouse to deliver this year’s PAD programme.  We’re looking for artists to act as secret agents and complete undercover tasks on the streets of Walsall.  The project is designed to investigate the impact of short, sharp interventions within the public realm. Application details can be found on the opportunities page – but be quick!  The deadline is Fri 28th August.  Agent Jones over and out….p.s. Good Luck!

Pot Luck may have finished but we’re still hungry for more….

We just waved goodbye to Pot Luck; it’s on the road to Aberystwyth as I type! Only one Pot Luck task left to do: drain the chocolate fountain! The fun starts tomorrow morning! By the end of the week the galleries will be pristine again ready to welcome Gordon Cheung and Neal Rock.
